How do I book a lesson?

1. Complete the online form by providing the subject you wish to receive tutoring in, along with the desired academic level.

2. After submitting the form, a team member will contact you to confirm a convenient time for an initial free meeting with one of our carefully selected tutors.

3. After the initial meeting, you and your tutor can collaborate to schedule your lessons at a frequency that best suits your preferences.

   
   

How does payment work?

Payment for all lessons must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time in order to confirm the session.

What platform is used to conduct the lessons?

We use Zoom and its built in interactive whiteboard to deliver our lessons.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Lessons can only be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. This policy enables our students, their families and our tutors to manage their time effectively.

Any requests for rescheduling should be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Any reschedule requests made within this 12-hour window are subject to the tutor's discretion.

Do you offer group sessions?

We currently do not offer group tutoring sessions, but we will be providing it in the near future.
